I have been teaching the guitar and bass guitar to students on a one-to-one basis since 2005, after having been playing the electric bass guitar since 1986 and the acoustic/electric guitar since 1995 and having played in various local bands during the 80's and 90's, working with students from beginner to intermediate levels all across Kent from Maidstone to Ashford, West Malling to Sittingbourne, Medway Towns to Gravesend. I can either travel to my students own homes or they can come to me for lessons, it's their personal choice. I am RGT registered and also licensed with KCC as an instrumental music teacher, attended child awareness courses and have a full DBS check.

And now, with the technology of the internet and various video platforms, I am able to reach and teach students from all around the world!

Using music theory and popular/classic rock and pop songs, I help my students aim to reach their dreams and goals in playing the guitar. If the student wishes to take their grades in the electric guitar, acoustic guitar or electric bass guitar I can teach and coach them to be ready to sit their exams. I teach regularly in a local school both as group class lessons and as individual students, aiming to give a school performance at the end of the term. I am also teaching to more than 30 individual students outside of school classes. I have also gained much experience with both children and adults with impaired disabilities such as hydrocephalus and Spina Bifida, and experience with autism and ADHD.
